Despite all the incredible amount of obstacles that arrived weeks and hours preceding the event, Power Trio Studios was still able, in some magical way to pull the event off! I will do a major update to the front page of the website once I get photos from people who were taking them at the event. But for now, you can all read a nice little candid article done about us and the premiere here from one of the local papers: nwitimes.com/news/local/illinois/article_13a5c194-6911-51a6-9aac-7e104e391d6d.htmlHUGE THANKS to all of you who helped make this event happen! It WOULD NOT be possible with all the affection from you all! As noted previously, expect the fully cut DVD to touchdown in late October!

Harry just about said it all. This full cut is gonna blow people away. Everyone I've talked to keeps talking about our big improvement from Noir with I'm Still Here. The Truth is they have no idea how much we actually have improved. The full cut will demonstrate this.

I'm glad you like the characters cuz. You obviously know where I was going with Lonesephine. Harry took Perez to a whole...'notha...level, that I wasn't even expecting. Especially considering who I had originally in mind for that role... And, this is meant as a compliment, I didn't expect Danny to do as well as he did. Which was freakin perfect for what I had Adam originally pegged as. The Sarahs both did great and came off even better on screen than I remember live. Mark plays the badass cop really, really well. I had a lotta fun acting with him. Considering the few hours we had to shoot Brian's stuff, he was great too. He was a crowd pleaser at the premiere for sure. My mom and uncle really liked his portrayal of Tommy. And Stackz...DEFINITELY! I don't think there was a bad performance in this movie. The acting may be its strongest point. Which says a lot. And I know it'll only be expanded on the dvd.

Many of the performances came out really, really well on film; and considering this movie is about as low-budget as it comes, that's really exciting to see. I'll be posting up screenshots from the full-length cut (DVD version), as the weeks pass on. Just make sure you all have your $10.00 (plus s+h) hot and ready for October. We're running limited copies for the first few months, and they're probably going to go...FAST! If you would like to put a hold down on one (and you're not one of the people from the premiere with a guaranteed copy), send me a PM as soon as possible.
