The moment of reckoning is upon us! The start to another NFL season for the Chicago Bears, this time with a highly touted QB and a rising star in our DEB (Do-Everything-Back), the young Matt Forte. I hope all you Bears fans are as jacked up as I am...this should be a very interesting season!
LET'S GET IT ON!!!!
First game up, Bears vs. Packers at Lambeau! Let's kill us some cheezeheads!!!!!

So there's a lot I could say now...and I will add as much later. But it pretty much boils down to this. 1 - We lost the game 2 - The game was never fair to begin with, because the Packers apparently had Ryu from Street Fighter as Quarterback - SHORYUKEN!!!!

I keep watching it hoping he is going to trip though that might just because he's a Packer. But like I said, we ain't going anywhere. Though this might be good for Urlacher. At least now it is ok to have horrible stats for the season. Having no sacks make sense now.

At least now it is ok to have horrible stats for the season. Having no sacks make sense now. Yeah, that Rodgers clip is kind of mesmerizing...but the result is still the same. The Urlacher news is utterly horrendous. He was poised to return to beast form this season, and now he's done after the first game. I'm nauseous Also, I got to give it to you Truth. I knew our receivers wouldn't be that good. But I didn't expect them to go out there and act like they've never played in the position before. John Knox stopping at the end of his route in that last drive, which led to a pick and ending the game, was utterly ridiculous. Earl Bennett was clearly playing off his own playbook...and that "trick punt play" Mannely or whatever his name is, tried auditing at the line was a damn disgrace. I seriously could not believe he thought that was the smart thing to do. Can we give him his walking papers now? On the bright side, the defense was beastin' as usual for the most part. Ogunleye was giving "Love Tap" (s) (see what I did there , to Rodgers all night long. Although I'm really disappointed in Orlando Pace's ability to protect Cutler on the O-line. I mean, I love the guy...Pro Bowler and Ohio State alum...but he's old now...and it DEFINITELY shows! I still have a lot of hope for this team. The turn around will come, and soon I hope. We've got a very tough game this Sunday with the defending Super Bowl champs (who are also favored to repeat this season) Pittsburgh Steelers coming to town. Am I expecting a win...not really. But I at least expect us not to embarrass ourselves. Let's get em' Bears!!!
